Dan's approach to property development derives from a healthy respect for the often-unpredictable and complex nature of a development project – plus a determination to deliver quality client outcomes.

With experience across all phases of the typical development lifecycle, Dan has significant experience in deal origination and front-end development of projects, specifically due diligence and site acquisition, concept development, approvals management and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Dan’s years of industry experience delivering projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors—both interstate and in SEQ—are highly sought after and appreciated by clients.

Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Built Environment (Urban & RegPlan) from Queensland University of Technology;
• CPC60212 Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction (Management) from Transformed (Registered Training Organisation); and
• Professional Certificate in Applied Property Development (MAPDI) from the Applied Property Development Institute.
