Meridian is a completed residential subdivision in Wakerley in Brisbane’s eastern suburbs comprising 33 lots. Berkshire Group was engaged to provide development management services which involved initial project feasibilities, management of DA approval, marketing and sales agent engagement, coordination of plan sealing and titles and developer representation through construction.
