MINT RESIDENCES

Mint Residences was a collection of 32 investor grade apartments located in Windsor which did not proceed to construction despite being 50% pre-sold due to concerns over the saturated investor market. The site was acquired by the developer with an existing development approval. Berkshire Group was engaged to provide development management services including amending the existing development approval, coordination of pre-release / off-the-plan marketing, construction procurement and assistance with debt arranging.
