31 Broadbeach is a completed luxury residential development fronting the ocean in Broadbeach Boulevarde, Broadbeach. The project consists of 22 full and half floor apartments. Berkshire Group provided property advisory and development management services completing the original site acquisition feasibility and also being engaged during construction to provide specialist developer liaison services to the penthouse purchaser managing purchaser variations under the sale contract.
