Berkshire Group is working with a development JV (joint venture) to deliver a mixed use medical, commercial and SDA (Special Disability Accommodation project in the inner-north of Brisbane. Berkshire Group has been engaged to provide development management and property advisory services specifically third party review of feasibility and JV arrangements and management of concept design and development approval on behalf of a developer within the JV.
